We bought a townhouse! It's in Foxboro in North Salt Lake. We are extremely excited, we had been looking at old houses to fix up but then we realized what a pain that would be and we just don't really have the time for that right now. This is going to be the perfect fit for us, we will have small private yard but not to much maintenance and we will have lots of neighbors our age that we can have fun with. This is our first place and we are looking forward to taking care of our own home.
The unit is about 1250 square feet, 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths, with a pretty good sized kitchen. It wont be finished until May 22nd and we will move in on the 29th of May. Here are some pics of the progress so far.

This is the club house it is so huge and nice! The workout room is great and really big. Also there is a large pool in the back and childcare area. The neighborhood is cute with lots of grass and young couples just like us.

Here it is! 908 W Halstead and there is a little area out front where I can plant lots of flowers!

This is the progress of the Kitchen. There is still lots to do. I really like the color of the cabinets and it matches the wood banister in the entry. The tile looks great they did a great job putting it in.

This is the master bath. I don't think Marc and I will know what to with ourselves the bathroom is huge with a separate toilet room and double sinks. The closet is also huge its 8' x 7'.

This is the view from the top of the stairs, when its finished there will be a chandelier hanging in the entry way.

This is the backyard its really big it will be fenced to that wood stake and then it will have a gate to access the grass behind. The best part is that we are about 150 yards from our church.
Right now we are feeling so blessed and happy. Just an update on Marc's school. He was told by the PhD program that he needs to have a year of professional experience before he can be accepted into the program. Marc had been considering this for awhile he thinks it will be good for him to work a year in the industry to see if its really what he wants to do. So he is applying to work for the government and a few other companies. Right now he is hoping that he gets a job with the air force as a physicist. We will keep you updated.
